We use Google Checkout as our credit card processor. We create a PDF file that includes report summary page, copies of documents listed on report and tax print out (when available). Title Search report is emailed or faxed to you. We strive to complete all search requests sent to us, but it is our policy not to perform commercial, agriculture, metes and bounds or properties still in the developers name, type searches. It's simple, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your report, we'll refund your money. Please understand that we are not responsible for clerk recording errors resulting in mis-indexed documents and if such errors are found, no refund will be issued. Most of the time we're able to complete these with no problem, but on occasion, we opt not to, if we cannot complete search within a reasonable amount of time. d) On occasion, the owner of record has thousands of judgments recorded against them and when we are not provided middle initial to filter through the judgments, we opt not to complete the search because it would take us weeks to go though all the judgments. However, we can complete the search without the Judgment Lien search if customer agrees. e) We choose to keep it simple! Residential, lot and block, condo and apartment type searches are considered simple. These searches can be done in a reasonable amount of time and at the low price we offer. f) If we cannot complete a search request, you will be notified as quickly as possible!
